Hello, my name is Ash and I’m the manager at Fairlight Manor Care Home.

There is much doom and gloom around dementia care but that’s not the way I, nor my team see it. We consider it an opportunity to continue to live life to its fullest by establishing a dynamic and creative community where relationships thrive - as part of our signature approach to dementia care. We cultivate a setting where joy and engagement is a inalienable part of everyday life.
