FAQs
What activities do you offer residents?
Each home runs a varied programme of music, gentle exercise, arts and crafts, gardening, outings, and visits from local entertainers, all tailored to residents' interests and wellbeing.
How are your care staff trained?
Our care teams complete a thorough induction followed by ongoing training in dementia care, safeguarding, and clinical skills, and are supported by experienced managers and visiting healthcare professionals.
How are care plans created and reviewed?
Before moving in, we meet each resident and their family to build a personalised care plan reflecting their needs, routines, and preferences, and we review it regularly as circumstances change.
Can residents personalise their rooms?
Absolutely. We encourage residents to bring treasured furniture, photographs, and keepsakes so their room feels familiar, comfortable, and truly their own from the day they arrive.
How can I arrange a visit?
You are welcome to visit any of our homes at a time that suits you. Please contact the home directly or send an enquiry, and the manager will arrange a tour and answer your questions.
What care do you offer?
We provide residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care across our homes, with personalised support delivered around the clock by our experienced and compassionate team.
Do residents participate in the running of the homes?
Yes. Residents help shape daily life through regular meetings, surveys, and informal feedback, giving them a real say in activities, menus, and the wider running of each home.
Are you regulated?
In England we are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission(CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England.
